Sigga has worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years, where she has driven digital transformation and change in Fortune 500 and FTSE 100 companies and been a pioneer in delivering customer-centric banking solutions. Having lived in Iceland, Spain, Australia, Singapore, the US and the UK and been to most regions around the world, she has a truly global outlook. Sigga will soon join HSBC as their Global Head of Digital but is currently the MD of Consumer Services at Experian. Prior to Experian, she was the Chief Customer and Banking Officer at Tesco Bank and Chief Customer and Innovation Officer of Santander UK. Sigga also sits on the board of Autotrader PLC in the UK. She holds a Doctorate in leadership and innovation from Manchester Business School and an MBA from IESE business school in Spain as well as a BS degree in Marketing from Coastal Carolina College.
